At Silver Spark Athleisure, we take great care in quality checking and packaging every product. Since athleisure wear falls under personal wear and hygiene-sensitive categories, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.

A return request will be considered only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition (manufacturing defect or damage during transit).

  • A clear and continuous opening/unboxing video is provided as proof.

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Without an opening video, return or refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Mandatory Opening Video Guidelines

To be eligible for return:

  • The video must start before opening the sealed package.

  • The shipping label and package must be clearly visible.

  • The video must show the product, damage/defect clearly, without cuts or edits.

This is mandatory to prevent misuse and ensure fair resolution.

3. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color or design expectations differing from images

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@silversparkathleisure.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Opening video

    • Images of the damaged product

  2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product verification.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable, unless the damage or error occurred from our side.

6. Replacement Option

In cases where stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.

7. Final Decision

Silver Spark Athleisure reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request based on verification and policy compliance. Our decision will be final.
